Hey everybody,

I know it’s been a while since my last post, but it’s not because of a lack of news! Let me quickly update you on the latest:

1. tour

I will be touring the U.S. west coast with The Grouch & Eligh of the Living Legends starting Monday, December 8th, 2008. Check the full tour schedule on my MySpace page or right here at http://pauldateh.com/tour.

2. official album release date

I am very excited to announce that I now have an official release date for the album: Tuesday, January 27th, 2009. You’ll be able to get the album digitally through iTunes, Amazon, and all the other digital retailers, and you can buy physical copies through CD Baby or directly from me at a live show. Everyone involved in the project worked very hard on it, and I very much look forward to sharing the finished product with you. Thank you for supporting independent music!

3. Be More video shoot

Some of you may be wondering, “what happened to the ‘Be More’ video shoot you mentioned a while back?” The video shoot has been postponed due to my touring schedule. As soon as a new date is set, I’ll make sure to announce it here (and I’ll tell you how you can be involved, too!).

4. Strings Magazine article

I’m currently featured in the December issue of Strings Magazine. As a former classical music geek, I grew up reading this magazine, and it is so exciting to now be featured in it! You can read the article online here, or if you happen to grab a copy, you can find the article on page 98.
